This page is a plain-language summary of how RhinitisRank handles information across its public site and patient education tools.
What we collect
RhinitisRank collects the information you choose to provide. That can include contact details submitted through lead-capture flows, resource unlock forms, provider-directory requests, and follow-up communications. We also collect basic product and traffic analytics so we can understand which public pages and tools are being used.
How we use information
We use submitted information to deliver the resource or follow-up you asked for, manage access to gated tools, improve the public experience, and route requests to participating providers when you ask us to do that. We do not use RhinitisRank to make diagnoses or deliver treatment advice.
When we share information
We share information with participating providers only when that sharing is part of the request you made, such as asking to be contacted or matched through the directory flow. We may also use service providers that support hosting, analytics, messaging, and site operations.
Local tools and saved entries
Some public tools are designed to work locally in your browser first. When a tool offers syncing or follow-up support, RhinitisRank will use the information needed to deliver that feature. If you do not want to keep using a tool, you can stop using it at any time.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit forms, not to unlock gated resources, and not to request provider follow-up. If you receive communications from RhinitisRank, you can opt out using the instructions included with those messages.
